Overview of the aMentor Video Solution

aMentor Video Server is a world wide system designed to manage all of your video broadcasting and video conferencing requirements. Our unique approach will save thousands of dollars over standard methods of video conferencing by eliminating the need for participants have Internet access or be packed into a conference room.  Video Server delivers Hollywood quality video and integrates with Sony AnyCast.  This mini Television Station is portable and supports wireless devices, televisons and of course Windows, MAC and Unix users.

aMentor’s utilization server allows customers with a 330 kbps internet connection to broadcast to 1000 viewers whereas standard methods would require each person to have Internet Access. Reduce the need for Internet Access and save thousands of dollars in Video Conferencing fees. All participants will see the conference at the same time.

aMentor, a distance learning software, when integrated with aMentor Video Server provides a world class education, training, video broadcasting, video ondemand platform.

aMentor Video Streaming Components:

• AVC (aMentor Video Client), can be used as a server to stream Video files, DVDs and live videos on the network or used as a client to receive, decode and display video streams and runs on MAC laptop.
• AVS (aMentor Video Server), Hosts the patented software which can stream video files, DVDs, digital satellite channels, digital terrestial television channels and live videos on the network. 
• AVS (aMenor Utilization Server) is installed at the customers premises. A single video broadcast (330kb) comes to the Utilization Server which supports up 1000 viewers, so only the server needs internet access, the 1000 viewers do not.
• Separate Internet Connection 
• MAC laptop, video cameras and microphones
